If your query is regarding an order, please include your name and order number!

If you have an enquiry regarding the delivery of your items, we first
recommend that you check your tracking number before contacting us.
Please note with our ‘Tracked Service’ you will be provided full tracking
information from our warehouse to your door. Our ‘Signed For’ delivery
method has no tracking, therefore no information will be provided until the
item has been delivered. Your tracking number can be found in the dispatch
notification email we send upon fulfilling your
order. If you are still unsure
about the status of your delivery please contact
the courier - unfortunately
once your items have left our warehouse, we are
at the mercy of the courier
and have no jurisdiction over their processes.

 

If your item(s) have not been delivered 14 days after it has been dispatched,
our couriers will allow us to open an investigation into the whereabouts and
it is only then we can involve ourselves in the process. Royal Mail will not
entertain any conversations regarding investigations until this time has
passed.
